HOUSE RULES
We want REZIDENT to be your home away from home so we appreciate you treating the apartment as you would your own:
- Please take off your shoes when entering the apartment.
- Please note the apartment is non-smoking throughout.
- Please be mindful of neighbors by keeping the noise at an appropriate level.
- Please ensure when using the bathroom, you switch on the extractor fans.
- Please avoid damage to bedding, towels, mattresses, furniture or other essentials.
- We love pets, but at this time we cannot accommodate them in our apartments.
- Please be eco-friendly by switching the lights, appliances and heating/AC off when leaving the apartment.

TRANSPORT INFO
The apartment is located at a 5 minute walk from the train station in Predeal. You can grab a taxi from the train station or simply walk. If you choose to go by car, please note that there is no designated parking at the location.
CHECK-IN INFO
The apartment is located on 32 Eroilor Street, bl. 33, Predeal, Brasov County
The check-in time is 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am.
We use a self check-in system. You will receive a numeric code that opens the main entrance as well as your apartment door throughout your stay. Please do not share this code with anyone outside your guests!
