HOUSE RULES
We want REZIDENT to be your home away from home so we appreciate you treating the apartment as you would your own:
- Please take off your shoes when entering the apartment.
- Please note the apartment is non-smoking throughout.
- Please be mindful of neighbors by keeping the noise at an appropriate level.
- Please ensure when using the bathroom, you switch on the extractor fans.
- Please avoid damage to bedding, towels, mattresses, furniture or other essentials.
- We love pets, but at this time we can only accommodate them in our Green Jungle apartment.
- Please be eco-friendly by switching the lights, appliances and heating/AC off when leaving the apartment.
- All rubbish should be taken out to the garbage site. As you go out the main door of the building, take a left and walk about 50 meters.

TRANSPORT INFO
Arriving from Eforie Nord Train Station
GPS: Set as your final destination, REZIDENT Eforie Nord. The building where our apartments are located is situated next to Hotel Belona. It is a 750 meters distance from the station, so it should take about 10 minutes walking.
CHECK-IN INFO
Our apartments are located in the APOLONIA VACATION APARTMENTS COMPLEX in Eforie Nord Resort, Tudor Vladimirescu Street, roundabout area - Hotel Belona.
The check-in time is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 10:00 am.
Our entire check-in process is automated, so you can access the building and apartment using numeric codes. Should you require assistance upon check-in, please contact us at (0040) 746 362 361.
